Return and Refund Policy  of Karmyog Foundation

At Karmyog Foundation, we value the trust you place in us by contributing to our cause. Since we are a non-profit organization, the following Return and Refund Policy applies to donations and any related transactions made through our website www.karmyogfoundation.com.

1. Donations

• All donations made to Karmyog Foundation are non-refundable.
• Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or returned, as the funds are immediately allocated to our charitable activities.

2. Duplicate Transactions

• If you believe you have made a duplicate payment by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
• After verification, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate amount to the original payment method.

3. Event or Service Cancellations (if applicable)

• In the event of a cancellation of any fundraising event or charitable service for which tickets or participation fees were collected, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Foundation.
